A Homemade Robot in Togo

Video about a robot made in Togo out of old TV parts.
More curious about how this video came to fruition.
My experience with Internet in Togo was always challenging. There were two ISPs that we dealt with in Togo: Hélim (Togo Telecom) and CAFE Internet. CAFE Internet costs about triple what Hélim charges, but was more reliable. Still it costs 70 000 F CFA for a 128K/64K connection in Togo (about 125 CAD) per month. Due to the unreliability of the connection it would have taken them forever to upload this vid, they must have done it elsewhere.
It’s also a shame there’s no French version of this vid.
